PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
We accept payments on www.cj-london.com made using the following credit cards:
No fees are charged for credit cards.
The amount will first be deducted when the item is sent. If you have ordered several items and one of the items is a back order, we will first deduct the payment for this item once it is sent.
Prices are stated in euros. Prices will also have the shipment price added. You shall select how you want your item(s) shipped during the payment process. We will defray any payment charges.
RECEIPT OF ORDERS AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt (order confirmation) via an e-mail that confirms we have received your order. It means you have entered into a binding purchasing agreement with us.
CARRIAGE PRICES (DENMARK)
Delivery is by GLS or Post Nord and you can choose to either have your item sent to a package delivery shop, or to a company address. The price options will appear when you go to order.
The delivery time in Denmark is usually 1–3 weekdays. All of our packages are insured and have a track & trace number. When your package is sent, you will receive a track & trace number.
CARRIAGE PRICES (In Europe & INTERNATIONAL)
Local postage costs apply, according to weight and destination.
Delivery outside of Europe can take anywhere from 1-10 days depending on destination and the selected service.
Delivery in Europe or outside of Europe:
Follow your shipment using Track n’ Trace. If you need a change in delivery date or place, please do not hesitate to contact the local office, of the transporter, you have chosen.
Note: During National Holidays and Christmas, a slightly longer delivery time may occur.
All shipments are sent by GLS, Post Nord or Bring and come from our warehouses in Denmark.
As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase. If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order.
Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.
This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.
The period means that you have 14 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or make use of the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the end of the terms of business.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time.
RETURNING THE GOODS
When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 14 days in which to return the goods to us. You yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable if it is damaged during transport.

THE STATE OF THE ARTICLE WHEN YOU RETURN IT
If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.
We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE SUM
If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.
We will only accept packages sent directly to this address.
RIGHT TO MAKE COMPLAINTS
When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before you return the article.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you may either have the item repaired or replaced, or your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your freight costs (within reason). The article must always be retuned in suitable packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt for dispatch, so that we can pay back your freight costs.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY
We need the following information when you trade with us:
Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
We register and pass on the personal details which are necessary to deliver the goods to you.
Personal data is registered with email@example.com and is kept for five years, after which the details are deleted. In addition, we work with a number of other companies who store and process data. These companies process the data exclusively on our behalf, and must not use them for their own purposes.
We work only with processors of data in the EU or in countries where your data will be given adequate protection.
